Manufacturer Warranty Communication
Some manufacturers may instruct customers to contact Mattress Stores LLC regarding warranty issues. While we are happy to assist, we cannot authorize warranty replacements, exchanges, or returns without written approval from the manufacturer.

Customers must work directly with the manufacturer for:
-
Warranty approval or denial
-
Replacement authorization
-
Inspection scheduling
-
Determination of defect eligibility
We can help guide the process, but we do not control it
