Shipping Policy

At Mattress Stores LLC, we provide fast, reliable delivery on all mattress orders. All products ship directly from our distribution partners to your door statewide and are delivered by FedEx Ground.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number.

Delivery Time

Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during holidays or high‑volume periods.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship throughout Michigan and are expanding into additional states. All orders must be shipped to a physical address — we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Tracking

Every shipment includes a FedEx tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status at any time.

Failed Deliveries

If FedEx is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for any re‑delivery fees.

Damaged Shipments

If your mattress arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a replacement.

Lease-to-On Orders

 

For Customers utilizing lease -to-own financing options:

Orders are processed and scheduled for FedEx drop ship immediately upon lease approval.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and that someone is available to receive the delivery upon arrival.
