At Mattress Stores LLC, we want to make sure your sleep is right. We believe that choosing a mattress should be a low-pressure, straightforward decision. That is why every regular mattress purchase is backed by our 7-Day Comfort & Exchange Program.

 

​How It Works​

 

​The 7-Day Trial: Your 7-day trial period begins on the day your mattress is delivered or picked up. Take a full week to sleep on it in your own home and make sure it is the right fit for your body and sleep style.​

​

Easy Exchanges:

If within those 7 days you realize you need a different feel, you can exchange your mattress once for a different model of equal or greater value (paying any price difference).​

 

Final Sale After 7 Days:

Once the 7-day trial period concludes, the sale is final. Comfort exchanges are no longer available after this window closes. (Note: Standard manufacturer warranties still apply for structural defects).

 

​Lease-to-Own Financing Orders:

If your purchase was made using a lease-to-own providers, exchanges are subject to the terms of your lease agreement and require an updated contract adjustment processed through our store and the financing provider.

​

​The Protector Requirement:

To qualify for the comfort exchange, a waterproof mattress protector must be purchased from us and used on the mattress from day one. This keeps the mattress completely pristine and protects your eligibility.​

​

Simple Guidelines:

The mattress must be clean, undamaged, and free of any stains, pet hair, or odors.

 

​Fees & Logistics:

Customers are responsible for the actual return freight and redelivery costs associated with swapping out the physical mattress through our drop-ship and delivery partners.

​

​Exclusions:

Clearance items, floor models, and accessories (such as pillows, sheets, and protectors) are final sale and are not eligible for the comfort exchange program.
